Coming from the vibrant city of Nairobi, keen on wildlife conservation, and a lover of authentic African experiences, I recently enjoyed a delightful city break. The hotel I selected not only offered a fantastic location, excellent facilities, and a helpful staff, but it also took care of every detail that mattered to me. From effortlessly sorting out my lost luggage to addressing any IT issues promptly, the attention to detail was impeccable.What truly made my stay exceptional was the stunning harbor view, the convenience of being close to the ICC, and the delectable Bandini food, especially the Indian buffet. The ambiance in the lobby, room, and dining area was inviting and aesthetically pleasing. The live music played by the pianist during breakfast added a charming touch to my mornings.my experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the incredible location, remarkable staff, and impeccable service.
